Why play online when there is an app
The browser version is a way to use 888starz without installing anything. It suits those who sign in occasionally, bet from a work computer, do not want to allow APK installation on their phone, or are simply trying the platform before installing the app. Functionally it is the same site: pre-match and live, casino and 888Games, a cashier with Humo, Uzcard and Payme, bonuses and the personal account.

The 888starz mobile version in your phone’s browser
When you open the site from a phone it automatically shows the mobile version: a bottom menu with Sport, Casino and Bet Slip, a compact line and a cashier adapted to a touch screen. At the bottom of the page there is a “Switch to full version” link if you need the desktop interface.
To make the mobile version feel like an app, add it to your home screen. On iPhone this is done via Safari: Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android — via the Chrome menu: Add to Home screen. An icon appears, the site opens full-screen without an address bar, and it updates itself every time you open it.
Bets in the mobile version count in the general promotions. The only exception in the operator’s rules is the free-bet promo for wagers in the app: it counts only bets placed from the iOS or Android mobile app.
The full version of the site on a computer
On a large screen 888starz shows the line in several columns: the list of events, the markets of the selected match and the bet slip at the same time. Next to the bets are the Statistics and Results sections, handy for analysis before live. The operator has no separate Windows or macOS client and does not need one: the site works in any current browser.

If the site does not open: mirrors and the app
The main address may be unavailable with some providers. The operator publishes current addresses in the app and its official channels — the only reliable source. Third-party “mirrors” from search results and messengers are risky: what looks like a mirror may be a copy of the site harvesting logins.
The simplest workaround is the app: it finds a working address itself and does not depend on a specific domain being blocked. If you do not want to install the app, keep the current address from your account at hand and check that it is the one in the address bar.
Browser or app: what to choose
The browser wins when you need quick access without installing, when you play from a computer or do not want to give your phone permission for an APK. The app wins when you bet regularly: it opens live faster, sends notifications about bet settlement and promos, signs in with a fingerprint or Face ID and does not depend on domain blocks.
